While traditional newborn shots will show you what your little one looked like at 3 weeks old, I want you to have photos of what your life felt like. We'll take some shots of just your baby, but more than that: I want to soak up that baby bubble feeling for you to treasure forever.
your home is your haven
For those first weeks in the lives of the little ones, our homes become safe, magical refuges from the world. A place where it can feel like nothing else exists, but you and the baby. And that's why it's so important to me that we shoot there. That feeling cannot be reproduced anywhere else.
the mess is part of it
I've had two babies myself, so I really know how anything but keeping that little one safe and alive can feel like it doesn't matter. The mess is part of this time. I know how to shoot around it, if you want me to, but I also love to let it show at least a little. It's life, and that's beautiful.
we have all the time we need
Life with a newborn is unpredictable. One day the little miracle will sleep for hours on end, the next they will have a cramping belly or want to feed without breaks. So, don't worry about planning the day in detail, most likely we'll throw those plans overboard anyway. And know that we have all the time we need.

Being invited into your home, your baby bubble is my greatest honour, and I don’t take it lightly. I promise, I know how to handle babies, but will work around your limits, worries, wishes and instructions. And I won't be upset at all if your wee one spits up on me. That's just part of it all.

At any time during the process of inquiring, booking, planning or during the session, know that I am here. I’m your photographer, but also your nurse, your babysitter, someone to help you with your day. I'll assist you in selecting outfits, I give advice, I answer any of your questions and take away your worries.

LET's talk ABOUT YOUR SESSION!
Because every baby is different, every family is different and life is full of surprises, we cannot set the exact date for your baby bubble session months in advance. Instead, we plan it for roughly 2-4 weeks after your due date, and once your little one is born, you get in touch with me, so we can check our calendars.
Whether you want to invite me over during those first days back at home or when you've found a little bit of a routine, is completely up to you. I'm here to capture the magic!
your baby bubble session is personal and unique
After booking, we start our journey together with a planning call or via email (whatever you feel most comfortable with), where you can talk me through all your wishes and hopes for the shoot, then we'll set the initial date and make a preliminary plan for your baby bubble session.
Once your little one is born, you get in touch with me and we set the exact date and plan the shoot in more detail. I'll help you with any preparations, wardrobe selection, etc, but mostly I'm here for you emotionally. I know with a newborn at home, we have our heads full of worries, so I want our shoot day to be a little break from that - not a stress factor in itself.
After the shoot, I will deliver an online gallery with 100+ images of your story in high res digital format with unlimited personal printing rights. I will also gladly help you order high quality print products such as fine art albums, framed photos and other keepsakes. Simply ask and I'll bring samples to our shoot!
