Hi, I'm Susanna, the woman behind the lens of Nord Stories. I don’t take photos for the gram, for people out there or for myself. I take pictures for you who is in the photo. If a million people say this photo of you is beautiful, it doesn’t count for anything if you who are in it don’t feel the same way.

My mission is to capture your life and the people who mean the most to you, and for you to love yourself in every photograph. When you think back over your life so far, what are your favourite memories? The milestones and birthdays or rather the people and that everyday magic? Perhaps it's the hours spent in the kitchen with your mom when you were little, or how you used to lay on the floor listening to music in your first own home. How you sipped coffee in the morning with your partner, reading the news and holding hands or how you make up crazy games with your kids on rainy days.

I want you to see that your everyday life has an incredible amount of beauty. No need to dress up for a portrait and fake your smiles. Your everyday is much more valuable than a posed image like that could ever be.
